A large and well-established auto parts company is launching a new division and is looking for an experienced
Head of Sales Department
to join the team.The position is
on-site
(not remote), and involves managing a team of sales representatives and parts pickers.Requirements:
Experience in the auto parts industry is mandatory.

Minimum3 years of experience
in sales team management. Deep understanding of the auto parts business and all operational processes at a branch level. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage a team effectively.We offer:
