Sales Department Manager (Head of Sales) at Tuning Garage DEIZ GARAGE

is a leading company in the UAE market, specializing in professional automotive tuning, customization, and personal upgrades. We create unique projects, bring our clients' boldest ideas to life, and strive for leadership in our segment. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle management of the sales department: from planning and setting KPIs to achieving targets. Active sales of complex tuning services (engine performance upgrades, chip tuning, body kits, custom design, etc.) to key clients and partners. Development and motivation of the sales manager team. Development and implementation of sales strategies, scripts, and procedures. Personal involvement in negotiations and closing major deals. Market analysis, searching for new client acquisition channels and partnerships. Overseeing the CRM system and providing performance reports to the owner.

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has a proven track record in sales within the

automotive industry

(tuning, customization, car parts, premium service)

in the local UAE market

. Possesses at least 2 years of experience managing a sales team. Understands the specifics and key players in the UAE automotive enthusiast and tuning scene. Has an extensive client base and established connections within the automotive community. Is results-driven, possesses leadership qualities, and has effective team management skills. Is fluent in Russian and English (Arabic will be a significant advantage).

What we offer:

Fixed base salary: 8,000 - 10,000 AED

(based on experience and interview results).

Strong performance bonus: 5,000 - 10,000 AED

monthly, depending on exceeding sales targets.

Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Mandatory presence in a modern office in Dubai.
