Responsibilities:

Managing the sales department. Training the team, monitoring, and analyzing performance. Organizing broker tours with developers. Assisting in recruiting personnel for the department. Organizing effective negotiations. Ensuring service quality control. Monitoring and analyzing the real estate market. Maintaining documentation and reporting in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills. English and Russian proficiency at C1 or higher. Experience as a sales department manager. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. Ability to motivate the team and drive results. Having your own team is a plus.
