Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-oriented

Head of Division - ELV & Home Automation

to lead, manage, and grow our division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion, ensuring operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing end-to-end project delivery. This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent leadership capabilities, and deep industry knowledge in ELV and smart-home technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Division Management

Lead, manage, and develop the ELV & Home Automation division to achieve operational, financial, and strategic objectives. Establish and execute division-wide strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Provide strong leadership to sales, engineering, technical, and project teams.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ELV and smart-home solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers. Drive market penetration and support expansion into new customer segments.

Project & Operations Oversight

Oversee sales, engineering, design, technical, and project execution workflows. Review and approve project designs, BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial quotations. Monitor project milestones to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality standards.

Team Development

Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing team members. Conduct performance evaluations and ensure alignment with division goals and KPIs. Improve team capabilities through continuous development initiatives.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for senior management. Ensure adherence to company policies, HSE requirements, and industry regulations. Promote innovation by adopting emerging ELV and smart-home technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. 10-12 years of experience in ELV and/or Home Automation, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, Smart Home Automation, AV Systems, Lighting Control, and related technologies. Proven experience managing sales, operations, and project delivery teams. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-management skills. Valid UAE Driver's License is
