Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Home Automation division, including sales, project management, installation, and technical support teams.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of home automation solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Drive sales initiatives, identify and secure new business opportunities, and manage key client accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technological developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Establish operational policies, quality standards, and best practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Mentor, guide, and develop team members to improve skills, productivity, and overall engagement.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or Business Management (Master's degree preferred).
10-15 years of proven experience in sales, operations, or project management within the home automation, smart home, AV integration, or related technology sectors in the UAE.
Demonstrated success in managing divisions, business units, or large-scale projects.
Strong technical expertise in home automation systems, IoT, AV solutions, and smart technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Solid track record in business strategy execution, budgeting, and profitability management.
Deep understanding of the UAE market, client expectations, and regulatory environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
