to lead and grow our home automation business in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the division's operations, sales, technical teams, and project delivery, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and market growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Home Automation division, including sales, project management, installation, and technical support teams.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth, revenue targets, and market expansion.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely delivery of home automation solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Drive sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and manage high-value client accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Establish operational policies, quality standards, and best practices for the division.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management, ensuring financial control and profitability.
Mentor, guide, and develop division staff to enhance performance, productivity, and engagement.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or Business Management
.
10-15 years of experience
in sales, operations, or project management in home automation, smart home systems, or related technology sectors in the UAE.
Proven experience in managing teams, business divisions, or large-scale projects.
Strong technical knowledge of home automation systems, IoT, AV integration, and smart home technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
Familiarity with UAE market, clients, and regulatory requirements.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
