JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee the day-to-day operational activities
Monitor and manage patient flow, utilisation of facilities, and operational metrics
Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
Financial & budget oversight: monitor operational costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, track expenditures against budgets, support revenue-cycle oversight if applicable
Process improvement: identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in operations, initiate continuous improvement projects, monitor results and adjust accordingly
Generate reports/dashboards on operational performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
