Job Overview
As a Guest Service Expert - Food and Beverage at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, you will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. From preparing dining areas and assisting kitchen communication to providing friendly service and maintaining cleanliness, this position requires enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a hands-on attitude. Candidates must be prepared to move actively throughout their shift and deliver professional, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities

• Set up tables and assist with dining area preparation
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff
• Serve guests in a friendly, prompt, and courteous manner
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
• No supervisory experience required
• Excellent physical stamina for extended standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to communicate clearly and interact with guests effectively
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
