Job Overview
As a Guest Service Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that every meal served at our hotel is delivered with care, professionalism, and attention to guest satisfaction. You'll support dining operations by preparing tables, coordinating with the kitchen, and providing seamless service with a warm and approachable attitude. This position contributes directly to the overall dining experience, aiming to exceed guest expectations every time.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a courteous, professional manner
• Assist with food and beverage service during meals
• Communicate guest requests and needs to the kitchen and other team members
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of tables, dining areas, and service equipment
• Manage physical tasks such as carrying trays, lifting supplies, and navigating work areas
• Maintain personal grooming, uniform standards, and hospitality etiquette
• Handle tasks such as setting, clearing, and resetting tables efficiently
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and quality standards as per Marriott policies

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Less than 1 year of hospitality or F and B experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work on feet and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
