Job Overview
As a Guest Service Expert in Food and Beverage, your primary focus is to enhance each dining moment by ensuring smooth service, guest comfort, and attention to detail. You will be an essential part of the guest journey, from welcoming to table setup, service coordination, and final farewells-all while representing the style and spirit of Le Meridien.
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide personalized food and beverage service
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and manage table settings
• Assist with menu recommendations and order accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of dining areas and service stations
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance at all times
• Uphold professional appearance and hospitality etiquette
• Carry and move items up to 25 lbs independently or 50 lbs with assistance
• Follow instructions and handle other reasonable duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Less than 1 year of hospitality or F and B experience welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and physically handle service tasks for extended periods
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Team player with a friendly, proactive attitude
