Job Overview
As a Guest Service Expert, your role goes beyond food service-it's about curating a seamless dining experience. From setting tables to communicating with the kitchen, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring guests enjoy every moment of their meal.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with attention to detail and hospitality
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Set and clear tables, manage supplies, and maintain cleanliness
• Assist guests with menu selections and special dietary needs
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Uphold grooming and appearance standards
• Work on your feet throughout the shift and handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds when needed
• Perform other duties as requested to support overall F and B operations

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is acceptable; training provided
• No supervisory experience required
• Physically fit to handle an active service environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
