Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional food and beverage service to guests in line with luxury service standards
• Set tables, prepare service stations, and maintain cleanliness before, during, and after service
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
• Interact courteously with guests, respond to requests, and support a memorable dining experience
• Maintain menu knowledge to read and visually verify information for guests
• Uphold quality, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Ensure uniform, grooming, and communication meet brand expectations
• Support a safe workplace by reporting maintenance needs, incidents, or unsafe conditions
• Perform service-related physical tasks within approved safety limits
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Less than one year of food and beverage or hospitality experience
• Guest-focused attitude with clear communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Willingness to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
• Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and service quality
