Provide efficient check-in and check-out services for all guests.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries , requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Front Office & Operations
Maintain accurate guest information, reservations, and billing in the PMS.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell Desk, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, and luxury service offerings.
Service Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to 5-star hotel service standards, grooming, and professional conduct.
Follow health, safety, and security procedures at all times.
Participate in staff training and service improvement initiatives.
Support service recovery to maintain high guest satisfaction and hotel reputation.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Guest Experience roles within a luxury 5-star hotel.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
