A prestigious 5* luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Agent to join its Front Office team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who excel in guest interaction, front desk operations, and delivering world-class service in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression through efficient check-in and check-out procedures, accurate reservations handling, and exceptional guest service.
Salary & Benefits
AED 2,000 - 2,500 per month

Description
Front Office & Guest Services

  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with 5-star hotel standards.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries accurately.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure guest requests and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
Operations & Administration
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing details.
  • Process payments, currency exchange, and cashiering duties in line with hotel procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Bell Desk, and Concierge to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and brand service standards.
Service Quality & Compliance
  • Deliver consistent luxury service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Follow grooming, appearance, and professional conduct standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Support service recovery and handle guest feedback appropriately.
Minimum Requirements
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
