Job Overview
A luxury 5* hotel in Downtown Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Lobby Manager to support the daily operations of its exclusive executive lounge. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills, luxury service experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-end hotel environment.
The executive lounge operates 24/7 and caters to premium guests, offering private check-in, breakfast service, all-day refreshments, evening hors d'oeuvres, business facilities, and a refined social atmosphere with panoramic city views.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 4,500 - 6,500 per month

Description
Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Deliver personalised, luxury guest service in line with 5-star hotel standards.
  • Oversee private check-in and check-out processes for executive lounge guests.
  • Build strong guest relationships and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Lounge & Lobby Operations
  • Assist in managing daily operations of the executive lounge, including breakfast, all-day dining, and evening service.
  • Ensure consistent food and beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, ambience, and operational readiness of the lounge.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Housekeeping teams.
Team Leadership & Supervision
  • Supervise, train, and motivate lounge and lobby team members.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, shift briefings, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure grooming standards, service etiquette, and luxury hospitality protocols are followed.
Administration, Safety & Compliance
  • Support inventory control, stock management, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and standard operating procedures.
  • Implement effective service recovery strategies to maintain brand reputation.
Minimum Requirements
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a luxury 5* hotel, executive lounge, or premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
  • Proven experience in lobby operations, executive lounge management, or guest services.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a 24/7 operation.
