About the role*
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will be supported and guided by the Head of Logistics and will be responsible for managing all aspects of booking and management of flights and visas for all crew and artists related to company projects.
This person will be the first point of contact for staff and crew and a major focus for this role will be responding to staff and crew questions related to their flight or visas. You will act as a role model for the Far and Beyond values and will work with the team to ensure these are embedded into everything we do. This role will also support the Logistics Manager and/ or Head of Logistics across the project.

About you*

• Previous experience in event logistics coordination/ customer service

• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

• Flexible approach to working hours. Must be available to be main point of call for any queries on crew travel days, even if these fall at the weekend or evenings

• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities

• Resilient under pressure with the ability to maintain high level of accuracy & adhere to high standards of quality when working to tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Keen on working in a fast-paced environment

RATE: *Monthly, freelancer contract (rate dependant on experience) PROJECT DATES
Start Date: September 22 (to be on site from early-mid September)

LOCATION: * Al Ula, Saudi Arabia *
LOGISTICS*
ACCOMMODATION: Individual hotel/ apartment rooms are provided
CATERING: On site crew catering is provided *
TRAVEL*

• Home country travel (for example to get to the airport) booked at best rate available and inline with our Expenses policy (booked by yourself and claimed back through expenses)
• International Flights included
• Visa's are applied and paid for by Far and Beyond
• Ground transport required for work during the project will be provided
