Key Requirements:
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled meats, poultry, and shawarma to meet quality and portion standards.
Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and cooking techniques are followed.
Operate and maintain grill equipment, rotisserie machines, and other cooking tools.
Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with food safety standards.
Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Follow hygiene and sanitation regulations at all times.
Support the kitchen team with additional duties as required.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Grill Cook or Shawarma Cook, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or catering setting.
Proven ability to prepare traditional and modern grill and shawarma items.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Team player with good communication and work ethic.
Basic understanding of English and Arabic is an advantage.
Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
Candidates from Asian nationalities are preferred.
