Shawarma Maker
to join our kitchen team and serve up our signature wraps with speed and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and grill shawarma meats (chicken, beef, etc.) to perfection
Slice, wrap, and plate shawarma orders quickly and neatly
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Ensure proper marination and storage of meat
Assist in preparing sauces, salads, and other sandwich components
Manage stock levels and inform the kitchen supervisor when supplies are low
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shawarma Maker or in a similar role
Knowledge of proper food handling and safety practices
Ability to work under pressure and handle rush hours
Team player with good communication skills
Attention to detail and pride in food presentation
