About the Role:

As a

Graduate Trainee - Events & Sponsorship

, you'll be part of the team that brings du's brand to life through corporate events, activations, sponsorships, and live communications. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support high-impact initiatives that build brand equity and customer engagement.

What You'll Learn & Do:

Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including sales roadshows and consumer activations. Assist in implementing sponsorship strategies aligned with business goals. Contribute to live event coverage, post-event reporting, and performance tracking. Collaborate with agencies and partners to negotiate terms and ensure smooth execution. Gain exposure to cross-functional marketing communications and stakeholder management.

What We're Looking For:

Recent UAE National graduate with a degree in

Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field

. Strong communication skills in both

Arabic and English

(written and verbal). Confident, organized, and eager to learn in a high-energy, collaborative environment. Basic knowledge of UAE culture and event protocols is a plus.
