Position Overview
DP World Dubai is inviting talented Emirati graduates to join its Ruwad Graduate Programme within the Communications Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, branding, and event management while representing one of the UAE's most influential global companies. Based at Jebel Ali, the Fresh Graduate in Partnerships, Events and Delegations will support high-profile corporate events, government visits, and international engagements that strengthen DP World's brand and its leadership in global trade and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and high-level visits.
• Assist in coordinating VIP and government delegations while maintaining protocol and hospitality excellence.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to align event logistics with DP World's branding and communications standards.
• Maintain an updated calendar of events and assist in developing briefing materials and post-event reports.
• Contribute to building and maintaining partnerships with sponsors, stakeholders, and industry organizations.
• Support the preparation of presentations, press kits, and corporate materials for local and international engagements.
• Participate in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and performance reporting for events and activations.
• Gain exposure across various communications functions including public relations, digital content, and branding before final placement in the events and partnerships unit.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or any related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of practical experience in events, partnerships, or communications (internships included).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and confidence when interacting with senior officials and partners.
• Passion for event management, branding, and international representation of the UAE.
