ROLE SUMMARY The People & Organization Graduate Trainee will assist the People & Organization (P&O) team in day-to-day operations across key areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, data management, and learning & development (L&D). This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in core P&O functions while also supporting transformation initiatives within Customer Solutions. ROLE PROFILE
Provide administrative assistance for P&O operations and ongoing initiatives
Aid in the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
Address employee inquiries and assist with internal communication efforts
Help prepare P&O documents, reports, and presentations as required
Support the coordination, tracking, and planning of transformation projects while collaborating with other teams
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate with a bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong interest in building a career in HR
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn and take initiative
