Join AECOM's Graduate Program!
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Site Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the delivery of infrastructure and construction projects, working alongside industry experts in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support site supervision, quality control, and project coordination, contributing to the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Learn the day-to-day supervision and monitoring of construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Support the preparation and review of technical documentation, reports, and site records.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct inspections and report on progress, safety, and quality issues.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical challenges under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in regular site meetings and provide input on construction progress and potential improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AECOM's health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Participate in quality control processes and ensure adherence to safety regulations

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
• Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
• Strong academic performance and a keen interest in site-based engineering work.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
• Available to start September 2025.
• As part of AECOM's commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
