Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using Opera PMS and a strong background in handling reservations, ensuring accuracy, and delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle all reservation inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other channels. Accurately input, update, and manage reservations using Opera PMS. Coordinate with the front office, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and hotel services. Maximize occupancy and revenue by up-selling and promoting special offers. Ensure all guest requests and preferences are recorded and followed up. Handle guest complaints or concerns tactfully and escalate when necessary. Prepare and update daily reservation reports as required.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Reservation Agent in a hotel or hospitality environment. Proficiency in Opera PMS (Opera knowledge is mandatory). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
