Role Summary
The Global Director - Key Account Management - DP World Dubai will oversee global relationships with strategic clients, driving retention, growth, and cross-selling of DP World's full portfolio of logistics and supply chain solutions. This senior leadership role will focus on client engagement, solution development, and team management while positioning DP World as a trusted partner in international trade.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong global client relationships, acting as the main point of contact
• Develop and update global account plans aligned with client needs and DP World's objectives
• Drive account growth by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across logistics services
• Understand client business operations, decision-making processes, and long-term goals
• Lead bid processes, pricing strategies, and negotiations to secure profitable agreements
• Coordinate involvement of internal stakeholders across solutions, operations, and support teams
• Conduct executive-level presentations and quarterly business reviews with key accounts
• Track account performance, monitor key metrics, and ensure service levels are met
• Mentor and coach account management teams globally to ensure best practices are applied
• Act as an ambassador for DP World, representing the brand at industry events and with partners

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding, with strong sales focus
• Proven track record of achieving global account growth and sales targets
• Significant experience managing international teams and complex client portfolios
• Expertise in the Automotive vertical is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of contract management, pricing, and commercial negotiations
• Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally to support client and business needs
