Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting activities including journal entries, invoicing, and reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor and analyze factory-related costs, budgets, and variances
Ensure compliance with financial documentation, policies, and filing standards
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Handle inventory costing and conduct financial analyses for manufacturing operations
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with local regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven professional experience with
Xero accounting software
Strong understanding of general accounting principles and standards
Experience in a factory, industrial, or manufacturing environment preferred
Fluency in English
(reading, writing, speaking)
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of professional accounting experience
Familiarity with inventory and cost accounting in a manufacturing setup
Previous experience in the
wood or furniture industry
is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
