General Accountant
to support our financial operations and help drive informed business decisions.
About the Role:
As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role is critical to the financial health and accuracy of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations
Assist in preparing tax filings and other financial documents
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
KNOWLDEGE IN QUICK BOOKS
2+ years of experience in a similar accounting role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
