Key Responsibility:

• Provide accurate technical details including measurements, construction, and block specifications to support design and development packs
• Lead fit sessions from development samples through to pre-production (PP) samples, ensuring consistency in fit across categories
• Communicate clear and concise fit and development comments to vendors to support accurate bulk production
• Collaborate closely with the buying team to ensure fit and technical requirements are addressed during the development process
• Calculate tentative fabric consumption and contribute to cost estimation
• Manage wearer trials and implement feedback to enhance product fit and sizing
• Develop grade rules and prepare graded size charts to ensure consistency across all sizes
• Make pattern corrections based on fit issues when necessary
• Liaise with suppliers and factories throughout the production process, resolving technical challenges to meet delivery timelines
• Review production and shipment samples to ensure compliance with fit, quality, labeling, and packaging standards.
• Evaluate Garment Performance Testing (GPT) reports and consult with department heads to address any commercial implications

Desired Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in garment fit technology, with hands-on exposure in pattern design, quality control, or related roles within retail or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in garment construction, fit assessment, grading, and pattern correction.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and factory partners to resolve technical challenges.
