Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Auto Mechanical Supervisor
to oversee workshop operations in our multi-brand auto garage. The role requires strong technical knowledge in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, managing mechanics, ensuring timely job completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operations of the mechanical workshop.
Assign repair and maintenance jobs to mechanics and monitor progress.
Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in multi-brand vehicles.
Ensure all repairs and services are carried out as per manufacturer standards.
Conduct final inspections to ensure quality workmanship and safety.
Provide technical guidance and support to mechanics when required.
Maintain job cards, repair estimates, and assist with insurance-related claims.
Ensure availability and proper use of tools, diagnostic equipment, and consumables.
Monitor workflow to meet delivery timelines and maintain workshop efficiency.
Uphold health & safety regulations in the workshop.
Address customer concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Report daily workshop activities and performance to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in
automotive mechanical repairs
, with at least 2 years in a
supervisory role
.
Strong expertise in
multi-brand vehicles
(Japanese, European, American, and Korean).
Proficiency in using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in
English
(Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
