Role Overview
We are looking for a young, vibrant, and highly confident individual to join our growing hair patch business as the face and voice of our brand. This isn't just a receptionist role; you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and work directly with the business owner to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Proactively making outbound calls to leads and inquiries to explain our services and convert them into consultations.
Appointment Management: Coordinating the booking calendar, managing walk-ins, and ensuring a seamless flow for the daily schedule.
Client Relations: Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, providing a high-end experience from the moment they enter.
CRM Operations: Managing our client database and tracking leads (full training on our specific CRM will be provided).
Executive Support: Working closely with the owner on daily administrative tasks and business-building activities.
Who You Are
Confident Communicator: You possess excellent English communication skills (Arabic or other languages are a plus) and feel comfortable speaking to people both over the phone and in person.
Ambitious & Energetic: You are a "people person" with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: You have a basic understanding of computer systems and are eager to master CRM software.
Reliable: You are looking for a stable, long-term career move rather than a temporary stop-gap.
