International Client Relations Specialist
is responsible for ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience for PSI's international clients -- particularly those with international phone numbers registered in our CRM.
This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality or luxury service background who thrives in a multicultural, client-focused environment. You will be the key contact point post-sale, ensuring every client receives exceptional support, communication, and care.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for international clients after purchase, ensuring a premium service experience.
Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email -- especially those with international numbers in the CRM.
Provide updates on off-plan projects, handover timelines, and next steps.
Coordinate and deliver VIP welcome packages or personalized experiences for high-profile clients.
Collaborate with sales, after-sales, property management, and marketing teams to ensure service excellence.
Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations in every interaction.
Record and manage client communication and feedback in the CRM system.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred, with a background in
hospitality, luxury service, or client relations

Experience handling
international or high-net-worth clients
.
Fluent in
English
; proficiency in
Arabic, Chinese or other European languages
is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
Highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
Able to multitask and coordinate across teams while maintaining top-tier service quality.
