Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls.
Greet visitors professionally and manage meeting schedules.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and agreements for engineer supply.
Maintain and update client and lead databases; track inquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients regarding engineer mobilization, availability, and documentation.
Track LPOs, confirmations, and sales-related communications.
Manage company social media accounts and assist with digital marketing campaigns.
Update CRM records to ensure accurate logging of all client interactions.
Generate weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management.
Assist in scheduling client calls/meetings and preparing submission documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, front desk, or digital marketing support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Experience in social media management and digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
