About the Role
We are looking for a well-presented and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our Dubai office. As the first point of contact for clients and partners, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment. This position combines customer service, administration, and office coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and seamless support for both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist client, and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Provide basic information about services and procedures.
Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, professional, and inviting atmosphere.
Manage appointment scheduling and keep track of daily calendars.
Oversee courier, mail handling, and office supplies management.
Assist in maintaining client records, documentation, and filing systems.
Support HR and Operations with administrative tasks when needed.
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred.
Minimum 5 years' experience in front desk, administration, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu will be an added advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and handle high volumes of queries.
