Role Summary
ADNOC is inviting UAE National graduates from all majors to join its Fresh Graduate Program (AGFGP). This initiative provides hands-on training, professional development, and the opportunity to transition into permanent roles within ADNOC Group.

Program Objectives

• Provide real-world experience and skill development opportunities for UAE National graduates.
• Build a talent pipeline for future ADNOC Group roles through competency-based assessments.
• Facilitate the transition from trainee to employee with exposure to ADNOC's culture and operations.
• Offer comprehensive training and on-the-job experience, even for candidates not joining permanently.

Eligibility Criteria

• UAE National with a bachelor's degree in any major not listed in previous program announcements.
• Medically fit for the role.
• Successful completion of National Service (or exemption under UAE law).
• Must pass ADNOC entry assessments, interviews, and obtain required government clearances including certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, global organization.
• Basic computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
