Participants will undergo structured training, on-the-job experience, and competency assessments with the potential opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a UAE National with a completed bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields.
• Medical fitness clearance as per job requirements.
• Completion of mandatory National Service (unless exempted by law).
• Clean background check and security clearance.
• Successful completion of ADNOC's entry assessments, interviews, and evaluation process.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong academic record with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
