Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive training programs on
Letters of Credit
, UCP 600, ISP98, Incoterms, and related trade finance products.
Provide real-world case studies, practical exercises, and scenario-based learning to participants.
Assess training needs and tailor course content according to the audience's skill level and banking background.
Conduct in-person or online training sessions for corporate clients, banks, and financial institutions.
Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments.
Stay updated with international trade finance regulations and industry best practices.
Provide feedback, evaluations, and reports after each training session.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or a related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the banking sector in the UAE
, specifically in Trade Finance and Letters of Credit.
Strong knowledge of UCP 600, URC 522, ISBP, Incoterms, and international banking standards.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training sessions.
Experience in conducting corporate or professional training is an advantage.
Preferred Attributes:
Certifications in Trade Finance or Documentary Credit (e.g., CDCS, CITF) are highly preferred.
Ability to design customized training modules based on client requirements.
Strong professional network in the UAE banking industry.
