Job Description

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE accounting standards (IFRS, VAT laws). Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely closing of books and submission of management reports.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections from corporate and individual clients. Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding receivables, and manage provisions for doubtful debts. Review and verify supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

Fleet Accounting & Asset Management

Track depreciation, insurance, and maintenance costs of the rental fleet. Monitor asset acquisition, leasing, and disposal transactions. Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 for vehicle leases.

Banking & Treasury

Manage daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow forecasts. Coordinate with banks on vehicle financing, leasing facilities, and letter of credit (LC) arrangements.

VAT Compliance & Regulatory Filings

Ensure accurate VAT calculations on rental and lease agreements in line with UAE FTA guidelines. Prepare and file VAT returns on a timely basis. Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and business forecasts. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance; provide insights to management.

Internal Controls & Audit

Implement and monitor internal financial controls to minimize risk and ensure process efficiency. Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and analysis.

ERP and Systems Management

Use accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle for daily operations. Liaise with IT and operations teams to improve integration between accounting systems and rental management platforms.

Team Supervision & Collaboration

Supervise junior accountants and ensure proper workflow. Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and fleet teams for accurate financial data collection.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
