Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow international and domestic sales accounts.
Handle all documentation and coordination related to
Import and Export shipments
.
Process and manage
Letters of Credit (LC)
- ensuring compliance with terms and timely submission of documents.
Coordinate with shipping agents, customs brokers, and banks.
Maintain relationships with international clients and suppliers.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with buyers and logistics partners.
Ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales and trade transactions.
Work closely with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years
of experience in sales with hands-on experience in
Import/Export
and
LC handling
.
Strong knowledge of
international trade procedures
, documentation, and Incoterms.
Familiarity with
banking procedures for LCs
and related financial instruments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field preferred.
