ResModTec is seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiters to support our fast-growing recruitment operations across the UAE and GCC. This freelance role is ideal for professionals with a strong recruitment background, especially in high-demand sectors such as "Defence, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Healthcare, and Education". The position is commission-based and offers complete flexibility in working hours and location.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for assigned vacancies (white- and blue-collar).
Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on project/client needs.
Coordinate interview scheduling, client communication, and offer rollouts.
Track candidate progress and ensure compliance with documentation and deployment requirements.
Deliver against recruitment KPIs and project hiring deadlines.
Collaborate with internal recruitment and mobilization teams for seamless onboarding.
Maintain detailed candidate records and pipeline reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in manpower supply, outsourcing, or high-volume hiring.
Strong network of candidates, especially within blue-collar, technical, and project-based roles.
Familiarity with UAE labor market and visa/mobilization procedures.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle multiple assignments.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or other regional languages is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in time management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM system familiarity is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Arabic is an added advantage.
