Role Overview:
As a Freelance Recruiter , you will work independently to identify and engage with potential clients, source, screen, and place top talent for the client organizations. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements that meet both client needs and candidate expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospective clients and partner with them to understand their hiring needs and assist in sourcing the right candidates.
Use a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide a shortlist of the best-fit candidates to clients.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through placement.
Track and report on recruitment metrics and results.
Compensation:
Commission on Closed Positions:
You will earn a flat
40% commission
on each closed position from the final candidate placement.
No Fixed Salary
: Freelancers will be compensated only for successful placements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development and recruitment, preferably in a freelance or commission-based capacity.
Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify top talent.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with online recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards etc
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
