Role Overview:

As a Freelance Recruiter at Archers Global Consulting, you will work independently to source, screen, and place top talent for our client organizations. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements that meet both client needs and candidate expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and assist in sourcing the right candidates. Use a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide a shortlist of the best-fit candidates to clients. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through placement. Track and report on recruitment metrics and results.

Compensation:

Commission on Closed Positions:

You will earn a commission on each closed position from the final candidate placement.

Additional Earnings:

If the business development is done by you (as a combined Business Development and Recruitment effort), you will earn both the

Commission for Business Development

and

for Recruitment

, maximizing your income.

No Fixed Salary

: Freelancers will be compensated only for successful placements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or commission-based capacity. Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify top talent. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with online recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards etc Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
