We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing infrastructure maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on-site
• Manage and motivate work crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct regular quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and material usage
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to improving work processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar leadership role in the Infrastructure Maintenance industry
• Valid UAE Driving License
