About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing infrastructure maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on-site Manage and motivate work crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment Conduct regular quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and material usage Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to improving work processes

What do we need from you

Bachelor degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar leadership role in the Infrastructure Maintenance industry * Valid UAE Driving License
