Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE facilities maintenance, preferably with Facilities Management companies
Experience in managing commercial buildings/towers
Strong knowledge of local authority rules & compliance
Immediate joiners will be given preference
Relevant Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Valid UAE manual driving license (preferred)
