FM Executive - Soft Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced FM Executive to lead our Soft Services division. You will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and continuous improvement of non-technical facility services. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our clients and occupants, while driving efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for all soft services, including cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and office services.
• Manage and lead a team of soft services staff, including Team Leaders, Cleaners, and Office Assistants.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget for soft services, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Manage vendor contracts, conduct performance reviews, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and team productivity.
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding soft services.
• Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within the soft services portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on soft services.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-service contracts.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and best practices in soft services.
