Job Summary:



We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

FM Estimator

with 2-5 years of experience to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing bid documents, and ensuring competitive pricing for soft and hard FM services.

Key Responsibilities:



Analyze project scope and client requirements to prepare detailed estimates for FM services (hard and soft). Evaluate tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Perform site visits and liaise with engineering/operations teams for accurate assessment. Source and negotiate rates with vendors/subcontractors. Prepare commercial and technical proposals in line with industry benchmarks and company standards. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and internal pricing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, finance) during bid preparation. Maintain and update cost database, historical pricing, and rate analysis. Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies where applicable. Support in post-tender clarifications and negotiations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience in FM estimation or tendering (preferably within GCC or large-scale FM contracts). Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services (MEP systems, cleaning, landscaping, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with estimation tools/software is an advantage. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Preferred:



Experience with FM contracts for government, healthcare, or large infrastructure projects. Familiarity with SFG20, CAFM systems, or FM standards. Knowledge of local market rates and vendor networks.
