Job Description

Rons Facilities Management, a well-established organization, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated FM Operations Coordinator with a strong background in Facilities Management, particularly in specialized cleaning services. The ideal candidate will be able to join immediately and bring a high level of expertise to oversee and optimize FM operations.

Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of facilities management operations, with a particular focus on specialized cleaning services. Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for technicians, ensuring that they are assigned based on their expertise and the use of specialized equipment. Manage the FM operations team, ensuring that each member is properly trained and equipped to handle tasks related to specialized cleaning services. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities department, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and space planning, with an emphasis on specialized cleaning requirements. Allocate and manage resources efficiently to achieve operational goals while adhering to budget constraints, especially in the context of cleaning services. Evaluate and select external vendors and contractors for facility-related services, including cleaning, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics specific to specialized cleaning services and implement continuous improvements. Develop, maintain, and implement preventive maintenance schedules for cleaning and other related facilities management tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Coordinate and oversee specialized cleaning projects, including deep cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection tasks, from inception to completion. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cleaning activities, facility operations, expenses, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations, particularly in the context of specialized cleaning and sanitation services.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience (3+ years) in a Facilities Management company, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role, specifically managing specialized cleaning services and FM operations teams. Strong understanding of facility operations, cleaning techniques, maintenance, and safety regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, cleaning staff, and external vendors. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple cleaning-related projects simultaneously. Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM) is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates on Cancelled/Visit Visas.
