We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth for our Facilities Management and specialized hard cleaning services. This role involves client acquisition, lead generation, and closing service contracts across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and actively pursue sales opportunities.
Promote FM services (e.g., HVAC, MEP) and hard cleaning solutions (e.g., facade, post-construction, duct cleaning).
Prepare proposals and follow up on quotations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in FM or cleaning services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and service contract terms.
Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
