Fm Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
Plan and coordinate repairs and upgrades of facilities infrastructure
Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment logs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in facilities management or engineering (3+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Good communication skills and team management abilities
