FM Administrator
with relevant experience to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the FM department.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Support the FM team with scheduling, work orders, and service requests.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for seamless operations.
Prepare and update management reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a
Facilities Management company
.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Knowledge of FM operations and workflows is preferred.
