Job Description

- Maintain and update the CAFM system

- Ensure data integrity across all modules including asset tracking, space management, and maintenance

- Input and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) schedules

- Generate, track, and close work orders as per SLA/KPI requirements

- Assign tasks to technicians/vendors and update statuses

- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service requests, KPIs, asset performance, downtime, etc.

- Support compliance reporting and audit preparation

- Maintain accurate asset register (equipment type, location, lifecycle)

- Act as a liaison between FM, IT, vendors, and system providers

- Support training of end-users and technicians on system use

- Coordinate CAFM integration

- Hands-on experience with a CAFM/CMMS platform

- Proficiency in MS office

- Strong communication and coordination skills
